Terms of service
These terms are an agreement between you and Qadan Analysis Consulting (ABN 20655113670) ("SubSweep", "we") for use of www.subsweep.com.au and the SubSweep app. By using SubSweep you agree to them.
1. What SubSweep does
SubSweep analyses your bank transactions to identify recurring charges and shows you what they cost, with tools to help you cancel or request refunds. It is an information tool about your own spending. It does not provide financial product advice, does not recommend financial products, and does not act on your behalf with any merchant or bank.
2. Accuracy
Detection is automated and can miss charges or flag ones that are not subscriptions. Amounts, cancel links and refund suggestions are provided in good faith and may be out of date. Check with the merchant before relying on them. Refund emails are drafts you choose to send; we do not guarantee a refund.
3. Your account
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate details. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account. Only connect bank accounts you are entitled to share.
4. SubSweep Pro
- Pro is a monthly subscription billed in Australian dollars through Stripe at the price shown at checkout. Prices include GST where applicable.
- It renews automatically each month until cancelled. Cancel any time from the billing portal in the app; Pro stays active until the end of the period already paid for, and no further charges are made.
- Refunds for a part-month are not provided unless required by the Australian Consumer Law. If SubSweep is unavailable for an extended period, contact us and we will make it right.
- We may change the price with at least 30 days' notice by email; the new price applies from your next renewal after that.
5. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access other users' data, interfere with the service, upload data you are not entitled to, or use SubSweep for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.
6. Your data
How we handle your information is set out in the privacy policy and CDR policy, which form part of these terms. You keep ownership of your data; you give us permission to process it to provide the service.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to that, SubSweep is provided as is, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for charges you incur from third-party subscriptions, or for decisions you make based on the information shown.
8. Ending the agreement
You can close your account at any time by emailing hello@subsweep.com.au. We may end or change the service with reasonable notice; any prepaid Pro period will be refunded pro rata if we discontinue it.
9. General
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. If we change them materially we will email account holders and post the new version here.
